תנאי השימוש זמינים גם בעברית ←
1. Who we are and these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mirapps.com, including its Hebrew pages, and of Mira, the AI assistant on the site. The site is operated by Mirapps, a business based in Israel, acting through Shahaf Miryamchick ("Mirapps", "we", "us").
By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a business or another organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we make the site accessible in our Accessibility Statement.
2. Who the site is for
The site is intended for businesses and professionals who want to learn about automation and AI. Nothing on it is an offer to consumers. These Terms don't take away any right you have under consumer protection law.
3. General information, not advice
The content on the site, including the automation examples, the guides to automation types, the ROI calculator and Mira's answers, is general information about automation and AI. It is not legal, tax, financial, technical or other professional advice, and it doesn't take your particular situation into account. Using the site doesn't create a client relationship with Mirapps.
4. Automation examples and figures
The 620 automation examples on the site illustrate the kinds of automations we build for a type of business. Each example is written for a type of business (for example, "Online electronics retailer"); these descriptions don't identify any client.
The figures shown with the examples and in our guides to automation types, such as time saved, response times, percentages and before-and-after values, are illustrative estimates for that kind of automation. Actual results depend on your processes, data, tools and volumes, and on how your team adopts the automation. The figures are not a promise, guarantee or forecast for your business.
The ROI calculator gives an estimate based on the numbers you enter; real results vary.
5. Mira, our AI assistant
Mira, the chat and voice assistant on the site, is an artificial-intelligence system, not a person. It runs on models provided by OpenAI.
- Mira's answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Its answers are not price quotes, offers or commitments, are not professional advice and don't bind Mirapps. Prices, scope and timelines are agreed only in a written proposal or agreement.
- Before you rely on something important that Mira said, check it with our team.
- Don't share confidential or sensitive information, or other people's personal information, with Mira.
- Your contact details reach our team only after you approve them on screen.
- Voice chat uses your microphone, and your browser connects directly to OpenAI. How your information is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you use Mira, you must not:
- try to extract, reveal or get around its instructions (for example, by prompt injection);
- send it automated queries or queries in bulk;
- send it unlawful, abusive or misleading content;
- use it to generate content for third parties.
6. Enquiries and call-back requests
- Booking a call on the site, through the "Book a meeting" form on the home page or the intro-call form on our Hebrew page (mirapps.com/landing), sends us a request to call you back (at the time you chose, if you chose one). It doesn't reserve a slot in a calendar and isn't a confirmed appointment.
- The call is free. Sending an enquiry or a call-back request doesn't bind you or us to anything.
- We provide services only under a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal or statement of work. For those services, that agreement prevails over these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
- The site and its content, including texts, automation examples, graphics, animations, design and code, belong to Mirapps or its licensors.
- You may view the site, link to it, share links to it and quote short excerpts with attribution to Mirapps.
- Search engines and AI systems may crawl and index the site as our robots.txt and llms.txt files allow.
- You may not copy or republish the example library, or large parts of the site, for a competing service, or present them as your own.
- Names and trademarks of tools and services we mention (for example WhatsApp, Make or OpenAI) belong to their owners, and their appearance on the site doesn't mean they endorse Mirapps. Client logos shown on the site belong to those clients and are shown with their permission.
8. Rules for using the site
You must not:
- try to probe, disrupt or overload the site, or get around its security;
- submit false or automated enquiries, or other people's details without their permission;
- access the site automatically in a way that ignores robots.txt or overloads it;
- use the site to send spam or for any unlawful purpose.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
9. Links and third-party services
Links on the site (for example to Google Calendar, or to Instagram's privacy policy) take you to services run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
10. Availability and changes to the site
We may change, suspend or remove parts of the site, including Mira and the examples, at any time. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", and we don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
11. Liability
The site and Mira are provided free of charge, as general information. To the extent the law allows, Mirapps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site, the examples or Mira's answers, where that loss could not reasonably have been foreseen.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid services is governed by the agreement for those services.
12. Privacy and accessibility
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. Our Accessibility Statement describes how we make the site accessible and how to report a problem.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each new version applies only from the date shown as "Last updated" at the top of it, going forward; it doesn't affect your use of the site before that date. We highlight significant changes on this page.
14. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute about them will be heard by the competent courts in Israel.
If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you, and you may bring proceedings where that law allows.
15. Language
These Terms are published in English and in Hebrew, and the two versions are meant to say the same thing. If they differ, you may rely on either of them.
16. General
- If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
- If we don't enforce a provision, that doesn't mean we waive it.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site; agreements for our services are separate.
17. Contact
