About
About system integrations
It addresses the copy-paste work between CRM, accounting, e-commerce, ERP and spreadsheets, records that disagree between systems, and processes that stop because one tool cannot talk to another. Typical builds sync customers, orders and invoices between systems, push form submissions into several tools at once, migrate data from an old system to a new one, and add a light database or internal app where no existing tool covers the need. Typical results are data entered once, fewer reconciliation errors and hours of duplicate work removed every week. Mirapps builds integrations with platforms such as Make, direct APIs and custom code where needed, adds error handling and alerts for failed runs, and documents every flow so the business always knows how its data moves.

FAQ
Common questions
What if one of our systems has no API?
There are usually other options: scheduled exports and imports, email-based data exchange, a direct database connection, webhooks from a related tool or, as a last resort, browser automation. We assess the reliability of each option and say clearly when a system is a weak link that may need to be replaced.
Should we use a no-code platform or custom code?
Most business integrations work well on platforms such as Make, which are faster to build and easier to change. Custom code makes sense for very high volumes, complex logic or systems without ready connectors. Many projects combine both, using a platform for the main flow and small code steps where they are needed.
What happens when an integration fails?
Every flow we build has error handling: failed runs are retried, problem records are set aside instead of lost and an alert goes to the right person by email, Slack or WhatsApp with the details. Monitoring shows the run history, so issues are noticed and fixed before they affect customers.
Can you migrate data from an old system to a new one?
Yes. We map the fields between systems, clean and deduplicate records, migrate in test batches and compare totals before the final move. During the switch, a temporary sync can keep both systems updated, so the team can move over without freezing daily work or losing history along the way.
