About
About compliance
It solves expired licenses and certificates nobody noticed, missing consent records, checklists completed on paper or not at all, and days spent gathering evidence before an audit or a regulator's request. Typical builds track expiry dates for documents, insurance and certifications with escalating reminders, enforce required fields and approvals before a process can continue, record consent and data retention, collect signed acknowledgements and prepare periodic reports from live data. Typical results are fewer missed deadlines, audits prepared in hours instead of days and a clear record for every decision. Mirapps builds these controls into the systems the team already uses, with access permissions, logs and data minimization designed in from the start. The automation supports compliance work and does not replace professional legal or regulatory advice.

FAQ
Common questions
Can automation make our business compliant?
Automation makes compliant behavior the default: required steps cannot be skipped, deadlines trigger reminders and every action is logged. It does not decide what the rules are. The requirements come from the business, its advisors or the regulator, and we translate them into checks, approvals and records inside everyday tools.
What does an automated audit trail record?
For each relevant action, it records who performed it, when, on which record, what changed and, where needed, the approval or document behind it. Logs are stored where they cannot be edited casually and can be exported for an auditor, so evidence is collected continuously instead of rebuilt before each review.
How do expiry and renewal reminders work?
Each document, license or certificate is stored with its expiry date and owner. The automation sends reminders at set intervals, for example 60, 30 and 7 days before, escalates to a manager if nothing happens and blocks related actions when the document lapses, such as assigning an uncertified worker to a job.
How is personal data protected in these automations?
We pass only the fields each step needs, mask or exclude sensitive data where possible, restrict access by role and keep data in the regions and systems the business approves. Retention rules can delete or anonymize records after a set period, and consent status is checked before any message is sent.
