About
About lead management
It addresses leads that arrive through web forms, ads, WhatsApp, phone calls and marketplaces, then wait hours for a reply or get lost between inboxes. Typical builds pull leads from all sources into one CRM, send an instant WhatsApp or email acknowledgement, ask a few qualification questions, score the lead, assign it by territory, product or availability, and schedule follow-ups until the lead books a meeting or declines. Typical results are response times measured in seconds instead of hours, no unassigned leads and a clear view of which channels produce real opportunities. Mirapps designs the routing rules with the sales team, connects the existing lead sources and CRM, and adds AI qualification only where it improves the decision.

FAQ
Common questions
Which lead sources can be connected?
Website forms, Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Google ad forms, landing page builders, WhatsApp, inbound calls, email inquiries and lead marketplaces with an export or API. Each source is mapped into the same structure in the CRM, with the original channel and campaign recorded, so reporting shows exactly where every lead came from.
How does automatic lead routing decide who gets each lead?
Routing follows rules the team agrees on, such as region, product line, language, deal size or a round robin between available reps. It can also check working hours and current workload. If the assigned person does not respond within a set time, the lead is reassigned or escalated to a manager so it never waits unnoticed.
Can AI qualify leads before a salesperson calls?
Yes. An AI assistant can ask a few short questions on WhatsApp or by email, such as budget range, timing and need, then summarize the answers and suggest a score. The salesperson gets a ready brief before the first call. The scoring rules stay transparent, and the team can override any score the AI suggests.
What happens to leads that do not answer?
They enter a follow-up sequence: a reminder message, a second attempt on another channel and a task for the rep at set intervals. When the sequence ends without a reply, the lead is marked as unresponsive and moved to a longer nurture list, so it stays visible and can be picked up again later.
