About
About field operations
It addresses dispatchers juggling calls and spreadsheets, customers waiting at home without an arrival time, job reports written on paper and typed in later, missing photos and invoices sent days after the work is done. Typical builds assign jobs based on location, skills and availability, send the crew the job details and route on their phone, notify the customer with an ETA, collect checklists, photos and signatures through a mobile form, produce a PDF job report and trigger the invoice once the job is closed. Typical results are more jobs completed per day, fewer return visits and invoices issued the same day. Mirapps connects field apps or simple mobile forms with the CRM, scheduling and accounting systems the business already uses.

FAQ
Common questions
Do our field workers need to install a special app?
Not always. Many builds use a simple mobile form, a WhatsApp flow or the field app the business already has. The choice depends on how much data crews need to capture and whether they work without a signal. We favor the option crews will actually use every day, because an unused app produces no data.
How are jobs assigned to the right technician?
Assignment rules look at location, required skills or certifications, current workload and availability. The dispatcher can accept the suggestion or change it with one click. Urgent jobs can be pushed to the nearest available crew, and every change notifies the technician and the customer automatically.
Can job reports and photos be turned into documents automatically?
Yes. Checklist answers, photos, measurements and the customer's signature from the mobile form fill a branded PDF report, which is sent to the customer, filed against the job and attached to the invoice. Office staff no longer retype handwritten notes, and every report follows the same format.
What results do field service businesses usually see?
Typical results include fewer calls between the office and crews, more completed jobs per day thanks to better routing, fewer return visits caused by missing information and invoices issued on the same day as the work. Exact numbers depend on the business, so we measure a baseline before launch.
